I posted a few days ago (CLICK HERE) about America’s Next Top Model picking a larger girl as the winner. I applauded the show for choosing a “Plus size” model. It was inspiring to think that what we as a society call beautiful had slightly changed to something a tad more realistic.

I SPOKE TO SOON.

Rumors are now surfacing that it was indeed fixed. Tyra Banks a former supper model is now “above her weight”. In other words she is gained some weight. So she wanted a plus size model to win.

Allegedly it went own like this.

Whitney Thompson, then size 2 or 4 was approached by some one the show on a plain. She was told if she gained 10-20 pounds she would be put on the show.

I would like to apologize for giving reality TV and the modeling world the credit of doing something good. Idiot. It wont happen again.

Fuck that show. Fuck Tyra Banks

President Bush has gone off the deep end. In a recent interview Bush made a blatant implication that electing a Democratic president will result in a TERRORIST INVASION. That is wrong on so many levels. It is completely and utterly untrue, and so unprofessional for him to make wildly outlandish comment. He really believes his own bullshit. In his mind he still sees no fault in going to war for Iraq. 4000 Americans have perished since the start of the War. The economy is worse off then ever. I can’t see any benefits of the war. Can you?

He then goes on to say that by giving up golf he achieved Solidarity with the American people who have suffered from the Iraq War. Yes, GOLF!!! So by giving up golf he understands what a single mother is going through that has had a child die in Iraq, or has lost her husband.

If it still not clear on what this country needs as far as a leader please seek help.

In a world where the unattainable is mass marketed it is a breath of fresh air to see a vilumptious girl praised on a runway model. It makes me sick when I see girls, that look more like little boys portrayed as beauty. Bottom line curves are sexy. Maybe its the black in me, but that is what I like

Hopefully teenage girls across the country can look up to Whitney Thompson opposed to Kate Bosworth. No dis on Kate, but lets be real she is like a toothpick.

It is horrible when I see a beautiful girl measuring their own self worth against what they see in magazines. It’s not reality ladies. That is why it is in a magazine.
