I love a solid breakfast. The Sugar Shack is where you go in Huntington Beach when you want to satify the AM hunger pains. Be prepared for a wait though. The Sugar Shack is always busy and is known to the locals as the best place for breakfast.
After waiting for about 25 minutes, I realized that the counter had open seating. Luckily, there were two seats next to each other for me and my friend. I was thrilled that I no longer had to wait.
I started the meal with a nice cup of joe. I tried to order the biscuit, but those are only available on weekends. I will be going back for those.
Instead, I got an omelet and a side of hash browns. I built a custom omelet with cheddar cheese, avocado, mushrooms, and bacon. Food was solid. I would go back over and over again.
I love English muffins.
Every person needs a breakfast place like Sugar Shack with great food that is consistent. Reliability is crucial for a restaurant.
